I purchased a laptop from Tech Pro, but within nine months, the motherboard got damaged. When I took it for servicing, they informed me that since it exceeded six months, I would have to pay ₹10,000 for a motherboard replacement. I decided not to proceed with the repair and asked them to reinstall the original setup and inform me once done. However, they never updated me. After a few months, when I followed up, they casually mentioned that the reinstallation was completed long ago. I immediately sent my brother to collect the laptop. While they returned the laptop, they did not give back the charger or the bag. When we inquired about them, the staff was extremely rude and claimed it wasn’t their responsibility to keep accessories. They even said they could only store items for a month, and we were "lucky" to even get the laptop back. Frustrated, my brother contacted the owner, who then instructed the staff to check. Initially, they asked us to come another day, claiming the items might be in their godown. However, my brother insisted they search immediately, and eventually, they found the charger and bag right near the staff’s table. The staff’s attitude and unprofessional behavior were unacceptable.
