Welcome to TecPro Solutions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.tecprosolutions.in and the purchase of products from it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may harm TecPro Solutions, other users, or violate any applicable laws.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, prices, and images. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments must be made using approved methods at the time of order.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors, fraud suspicion, or supply issues.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TecPro Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) purchased.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Location, e.g., Kochi, Kerala].

Warranty terms

These are the same terms we send on WhatsApp with every bill.

For all products

• A bill is required for every warranty claim or warranty service.
• 1 month warranty on laptops, desktops and monitors. During this month we check the used product and make sure it has no faults. Faults covered by warranty are repaired; faults that cannot be repaired get a product replacement.
• Bring the product to the shop within the warranty period if you notice any problem. Issues that were told to you before purchase are not covered.
• No warranty for physical damage, liquid damage, fungus and mould, misuse, or electrical damage such as lightning and power surges.
• Warranty is void if the serial number or warranty seal (label) is missing or broken.
• Courier charges during warranty are paid by the customer. No onsite warranty.
• Warranty repair time depends on the model and spare availability, usually 2 to 6 days.
• Backing up your data during warranty service is your responsibility.
• TECPRO does not give cash refunds during the warranty period. For warranty questions, contact our office.

Laptops & MacBooks

• 1 year service warranty: no service charge during this time, spare parts cost only.
• Display issues not covered: colour shade, white and black dots, vertical lines.
• Battery backup depends on use. Normal backup is at least 1.5 to 2 hours in normal use.

Desktops & monitors

• Desktops get 1 year service warranty. If only service is needed, there is no service charge; replaced spare parts are paid by the customer.
• No warranty if the desktop is used without following the safety rules: use a sine wave UPS or inverter, proper earthing and correct power, and test the body for earth leakage with an electric tester before use.
• Used monitors: normal shading, white dots and black dots that do not affect work are not covered.
• No return or refund after a desktop sale. If you tell us a special reason in advance, a return is possible within 3 days.

Care tips: keep the computer in a dust-free, dry, airy place, shut it down properly, and get dust cleaning and service every 6 to 12 months.

Shipping

We deliver all over India. Laptops and MacBooks: free delivery across Kerala, usually within 1–2 days. Desktops, monitors and orders outside Kerala: the delivery charge is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

Payment

After we confirm stock on WhatsApp, pay by UPI or bank transfer, or pick up and pay at our Nilambur or Calicut showroom. Cash on delivery is not available.
