Are these laptops new or used?
Most are imported refurbished (used) business laptops in very good condition. Brand new items are marked on the product page.
What warranty do I get?
Every product has a 1 month warranty: if a fault can be repaired we repair it, and if it cannot be repaired we replace the product. Laptops and desktops also get 1 year service warranty (no service charge, you pay only for spare parts). Physical, liquid and lightning damage is not covered. Please keep your bill.
Do you deliver outside Kerala?
Yes, we deliver all over India. Laptops and MacBooks are delivered free in Kerala, usually in 1–2 days. For desktops, monitors and other states we confirm the charge on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
After we confirm stock on WhatsApp, pay by UPI or bank transfer, or pick up and pay at our Nilambur or Calicut showroom. Cash on delivery is not available.
Can I exchange my old laptop?
Yes. Exchange is done at our Nilambur and Calicut showrooms. Call or WhatsApp the branch for a price.
Will the laptop look like the photo?
Yes. The photos are of the actual unit in our showroom.
Can I see the laptop before buying?
Yes. Visit our Nilambur or Calicut showroom, or ask for a video on WhatsApp. We can hold a laptop for you for 24 hours.
Do you repair laptops from other shops?
Yes. Our service centre repairs all brands of laptops, desktops and MacBooks. We tell you the price before any work starts.
